I know a bod. He's bit of a snod. Yeh. Yeh. yeh.
Original songs from the mid to late 1970's. My first adventures in songwriting and performing. Good times
It exists therefore it am. They came from inner space and left no turn unstoned. The journey began and nothing was ever the same again (or during). Are you ready to cruise with the Spaceship Vicar?
Story behind the song
When I began writing songs I just used to enjoy messing around with words. This one minute and twenty seconds of lunacy is a result of that. Of course there is a deeper meaning. I just have yet to find it. Snod!
Lyrics
SNOD
Adrian J. Pratt 1973
I know a bod who's a bit of a snod
With ears like a rhino and teeth like a llama
Send him to the vet, he's a pet. Not yet
Let's wait unitl he reaches the tender age of two
And dip him in the juices of our Father's lamplight
What a sight.
I can see Mars
Maybe they can see me too.
A bridge of chocolate, sound of fudge
Arches like a hump, pillars like a gull.
Send him a squid, in a fridge, for a quid,
Surely we can stand it for a pause in pharmacy,
Thereby dropping him to the bowels of our benefactors
What a sight.
I can see pluto
Maybe they can see us too.
Snod, Snod, quite a bod
Yellow eyes like a frog
Ears of Rhino, llama feet
Yeh, Yeh Yeh, Sheet
Snod, Snod, quite a bod
Yellow eyes like a frog
Ears of Rhino, llama feet
Yeh, Yeh Yeh, Meat
Meat, Sheet, Meat, Feat.
