Lyrics
Beyond Me Well I heard all the words they were saying But the love it was never for free In the distance lay a young girl, she was praying And God knows that its all beyond me And the Lord never works on Fridays Cause its just a week ending you see And the people never know where they're going And God knows that its all beyond me Beyond me- beyond you beyond why - beyond who Well I heard the old Moon she was a singing And the Stars they made love to the sea In the distance were the secrets they were bringing And God knows that its all beyond me

Oh, just love this! That acoustic guitar records beautifully, the entire soundscape meshes together so well. You guys have a distinctive sound, such fine music to kick back and enjoy life to. The electric guitar work and overdriven tones a very nice touch. Once again a very fine tune, the best of the best.

Very lovely :) if I wasn't already in my chill zone, you delivered me there with this one! I feel as tho I'm floating over the world, slowly, entranced with many layers of music floating thru me. Beautiful guitar mixed with the sax, and your dreamy vocals tell the story. You definately know how to soothe the soul with your music Johnny, it truly is a gift you share with us all, thanks so much for letting me know about this new one ;)

Flawless poetry that stands on its own and makes you think, and a flawless sonic groove to boot. Very cool. I have to take cue from the Great One and listen yet again, this time with headphones. More later. Peace!

This song has several genius parts. For instance; the pianopart at 'a young girl, she was praying' .... Good vibes :) These things make my day. So John, Great melody and lyrics. Very nice playing and singing. Keep up the good stuff.

Very cool "togetherness" you all share in this, It takes a few listens to let it soak in,but when it does, your wonderfully immersed in a huge assortment of sound and textures ,tones and feelings, seemingly coming from everywhere(esp in headphones) ...nice! Really really like this one gentlemen. Awesome writing, love the guitar work, respect the laid back and tasty drum tracks the nice very perfect bass sound and playing.and the flowing horns and organs /synths just really complimenting the others very well allow this one to reach deep. Again John I dig your vocal passion my friend ,as you are a very talented vocalist I do think it gets a bit 'Hot' at times mostly during the lead part before going back in to verse......distorts out just a bit Definately top notch musicianship and writing. Its neat to hear you guys mold together, each song is like another step forward to oneness :) Keep doing what you doing guys.......its working!!!! P e a c e Danny
