I was toying around with the guitar part in a rehearsal and the guys joined in.
Then I wrote the lyric and messed around with an arrangement. I found Cahens keyboard solo took away from the song and it took ages to get it anywhere near complimentary.
I dona€™t like it much but Cahens a great player and besides it works so it stays in.
I wanted to record it live, even though there are only three of us the band sounds good.
Theres no double tracking special effects or even a bass.
It could, using studio jive, sound much better but this is the way it is a€“ and thata€™s honest.
