Story behind the song
This is presented for the Clicker's Club Movie challenge April 2019. One of those songs where you think you've come up with a neat title and *&$@#% me there's a film with the same one. And the movie was a romantic comedy - I'm not really a romcom sort of guy. As you can tell from the lyric. And then there was an unpleasant reality TV series also with the same title. Ah well, I still like the song, and if it makes it qualify for the challenge theme that's OK. And it does have a cinematic feel to it.

This is moody and dark. Great song writing and as ever...a fabulous 3D, wide-sceen production. Very powerful. Lots of dynamics with stops and starts plus that great guitar solo. Wow. Excellent Steve.

Steve I enjoy your write-ups about the songs almost as much as the songs themselves - always makes me chuckle! Wow..this is moody, soulful AND powerful! You always manage to come up with such superb arrangements. Always a sign of a brilliant song...we can really FEEL them. Stunningly good.

I love the way do heavy rock with moments of vocals or piano or whatever over next to no backing .... and then it builds up explosively. Great use of light and shade. Nice b/v too. Quality stuff makes 8 minutes go fast.

This one gave me chills (the good kind). Modern gothic, hard and mellow and alt-rock-ish and a great reminder of why I am always stoked just before hitting the play button on any Smivvy song.
