-Tyler has produced and released 7 albums (The Ear Opener, 40s and Shortys, Respect the Craft, Robotics I, II and III and Did You Hear that New) -Tyler started in daytime radio at Duke at the age of 12 -Duke's Center for Documentary Studies Recently did a piece on Tyler -Tyler moved to Durham at 12 with his mother and two sisters from Stillwater, Oklahoma -Tyler has ridden his skateboard close to 30 miles on many different occasions. -Tyler has produced for Pierce Freelon, Carlitta Durand, Shirlette Ammons, Rapsody and Phonte among many many others. -Tyler remade the Mountain Goats album "Tallahassee" with Hiphop breaks and Adam Sandler excerpts and named it "Ty the a Goat." The band and many others loved it, lead singer John Darnell said it was "awesome" and said that Tyler "has the world by the nuts and is swinging it around over his head." Google: Tyler Hipnosis Mountain Goats for extensive comments. -Tyler directed 9th Wonder's first video where 9th actually rapped while Tyler was in St. Augustine's film program but his mother passed away toward the end of the session and Tyler had to go back home to Oklahoma. While he was away the school released the video and the making of the video on St. Augustine's Time Warner channel 68 and the band got mad. The video was never released any other way, though it was very good. -Tyler also does web design, photography, videography and education. Outside of all audio interfaces he is also very savvy in the full adobe suite and many other creative software interfaces. -Tyler was the resident sound designer at Raleigh's Burning Coal Theater where he designed 2 award winning shows. -Tyler's goal is to enter Yale University's sound design program.
