This is one of the first beats I produced. it's slow and dark, and has some cool guitar and brass samples, plus a melodic chorus. The song is about pretty much, how much I've changed over the years and what I face now- why I do this. It's my story

A charismatic, eccentric, and funny rhyme sayer and original producer, music drawn from everything I don't like. Described by one as an "underground hip-rock legend" Influenced by all kinds of modern rock and hip-hop, but mostly alternative. Member of REBELoution with Kadavir

Story behind the song
I wrote it about pretty much how far I've come mentally, since I was little. It doesn't mean I'm not crazy anymore though. i'm still crazy enough to write this music. The chorus is sung, again to showcase vocal range and prove i don't just do rap.
Lyrics
“My Story” Verse 1: Y’all better listen up and hear my story I’ll be going down in a blaze of glory But until that day arrives I’m sure you’ll find I will leave you mystified and wide-eyed. Let me take you back to when it started Lots of crazy people used to think I was retarded. Man it’s been a while since that sh** went down Now I’m a real big boy, but I can still act a clown Elementary school was a whole different universe Many years before I even uttered my first curse. They said I had nothing to complain about So kids envied me and thought of ways to shut me down. They said I had no personality, like a puppet I was a weirdo that made em laugh like a muppet. Well that was when I started doing things my way And it took me straight to where I am today. (Chorus: This is my story, nothing’s as it seems I never would have dreamed that I’d be this way today Now I’ve got what I need. I think I can succeed. Or maybe I just dream, cause you know I’m this way today) Verse 2: I think that I’ve seen quite a transformation This music could be playing now in heavy rotation If I had the chance, I could have learned how to dance In the years when I was ridiculed for making in my pants Even now I find I barely have the time to rhyme But I do it anyway, so I can draw the line Between getting a normal job or doing this for a living The big life, whatever privileges rock stars are given Maybe it’s not for me, as plain as day you can see Cause I’ve enrolled, I’ve been told, in a university All throughout my childhood people could sense the talent But I was too shy, too subdued to be a bit valiant. And let others know my rhymes, times, and life. Now I love music so, I don’t quite need a wife. Now I’m 18, and who knows what the future holds Is there even greater drama that’s about to unfold Or am I close to a sudden untimely death Because of something I shouldn’t have said, wrong button I pressed My mom said think before you act, or you’ll be in a cell But if my life has a storybook ending I won’t go to hell. Chorus Verse 3: I never would have figured I’d grow up the way I did Who knew this was the kind of life I’m supposed to live Many years ago I only asked myself why People acted like they did and assumed that I was high I had a girl once, but it didn’t quite work out But it’s all good, cause pimpin ain’t what I’m about I look to the future and forget the pain of the past If you see my face now I appear to be having a blast. But my true emotions lie much deeper than appearances I believe there are true fans that are all out there cheering this Now who would have thought that I would be brave Many people thought that not even myself I could save Now who would have thought that I would be strong I never used to stand up for me, now I prove bullies wrong. Now who would have thought that I would be smart I was just wild and reckless, people thought I had no heart Now who would have thought I’d play the way I play I must tell my story completely, it’s made Scot Sherman of today Chorus Fade
